The 76ers just keep on winning

The Sixers have won five straight, and are now fifth in their conference. Joel Embiid is now averaging 33 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.

Some teams genuinely put up a valiant fight vs Embiid, and others quit early. The Hornets definitely quit early. Embiid dropped 53 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. James Harden had 16 assists and nine rebounds. The Hornets didn't stand a chance and lost 131-113.

Then the Kings came to town, and Embiid rolled over them too. Embiid scored 31 points and grabbed seven boards. Harden had 15 assists and 21 points. They just can't be stopped and teams tank against the duo.

The 76ers rumbled over the Warriors. It wasn't like Golden State didn't put up a fight, they just didn't win, and Joel Embiid rolled over the Stephen Curry-less Warriors. Embiid add 34 more points and 13 rebounds. Harden also added 27 points.

Embiid and Harden did the same thing they did to all the other teams to the Raptors. Although Pascal Siakam had a monster game with 15 rebounds and 38 points, Embiid also had a solid game with 11 rebounds and 28 points. Over seven games, Embiid has averaged 37 points per game. Wow.

Embiid is crashing down on teams by grabbing rebounds and having crazy amounts of points per game. Embiid is leading the league with 33 points per game, and although not many people play fantasy basketball (especially compared to football), Embiid is averaging 56 fantasy points per game. Second only to Luka Doncic.

Two months ago, when Philly was in a slump, dedicated fans ripped Doc Rivers, and some took to Twitter saying that Rivers definitely would be fired. This obviously did not happen, and now the 76ers are 17 and 12 and on a five game win streak. Doubters silenced.

The Sixers are playing the 8-25 Pistons tonight, and are looking extremely good as of now. And if you think that the 76ers are unstoppable now, just wait till Tyrese Maxey returns from his foot injury. Teams beware. When the Beard, Mad Max, and Embiid on the court, the 76ers truly will be unstoppable.
